Atmen is a RegTech startup based in Munich offering a SaaS Platform that enables industrial raw materials producers (fuels, chemicals, materials) to easily and continuously certify their production as green, saving up to 90% time in the process. Continuous, technology-enabled green certification instead of today’s manual, costly, unpredictable and non-scalable certification and verification processes.

🤓 Your Responsibilities

Your mission: Together with the CEO and and core team, you will tackle financial and operational research tasks, in particular to support the next fundraising chapter.

As a Founder’s Associate working student, you'll have an unparalleled level of access to the most important parts, discussions, and decisions of our young company. You'll gain a detailed overview of our operations, learn from the best and brightest minds in the industry, and have a real impact on the success of the company. You will take over strategic projects as well as operational tasks, in particular related to**:**

Financials. Developing and managing best-in-class financial models and budgets. Building practical tools that can be used for business planning and for the purpose of fundraising.
Sales strategy and marketing: You support our go-to-market strategy, improve our existing sales pipeline, perform ad hoc tasks. For that, you stay on top of market developments, conduct ad hoc market and competitor analyses.
People. Developing and implementing policies related to e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, employee performance evaluations, benefits. Coordinating team and company events.
